Training & Certifications
​There are Four levels of Usui Reiki. Level I, Level II, Advanced and Master/Teacher.
As a Reiki Master, Mary provides instruction for those interested in learning the Usui Method of Reiki.
Mary’s approach and style of teaching is relaxed and she shares many examples of her experiences as a Reiki Practitioner.
Her intention is to provide a calm and stress-free learning experience for every student.
Remote classes are offered live via Zoom. In person classes are offered in Maple Grove, MN.
Private Individual and group instruction options are available.
Public classes will be posted on the Events page.
Usui Reiki Level I Certification Course
4 Hour course
In Level I Certification students learn:

The history of Reiki: how the originator of Usui Reiki created this system and how it was introduced in the United States and how it’s changed over time.

The Benefits of Reiki and healing energy.

Ideals and Precepts
-
Students Receive an Attunement: an initiation to allow the opening of one's energy channels to allow direct access to the flow of Reiki energy.

Reiki treatments for self.

Reiki treatments for others.

Reiki Level II
4 Hour course
In Level II Certification students learn:​

Level II Responsibilities.

2 Symbols for enhanced energy flow.

How to incorporate the 2 symbols into a treatment.

The Distance/Absentee Symbol

(Students will be attuned to all 3 symbols)

The Process for Distance Absentee Healing.

How to Use of Symbols in Distance Absentee Healing.

Students will provide a Distant Healing Treatment.

Advanced Reiki and Mastery Certification Course
(Minimum 3 Month Apprenticeship)
